Detroit, MI - Joy Ride for your lips - What to say about Motor City Makeup's lip balm except it's a fun, fun, fun way to turbocharge your lips?  The flavored balms come in 2-ounce canisters that look like tires, which makes me wants smile.  The flavors carry car-related names.  Shot Gun -- as in riding shotgun -- lip balm is bubblegum flavored.  Rag Top is pineapple flavor.  Eat Dust is caramel.  Joy Ride is raspberry.  And Road Rage is mint.  There are eight flavors in all.  Each canister is $10 and available only at www.motorcitymakeup.com.  The creators of the line, mother and daughter Cindy Lehrer and Natalie Hagopian, live in Milford.  Lehrer is a licensed makeup artist and Hagopian is a registered nurse.  They expect to expand their makeup selections later this fall.  Meanwhile, thanks to the lip balm, I'm revved up and ready to cruise.
